• NBAtlas_manuscript: Resources and code associated with neuroblastoma atlas publication.
• BismarkPipeline: A pipeline for methylation (Bisulfite-Sequencing) analysis of cfRRBS samples using Bismark.
• cfRRBSonCUPs: A pipeline for analyzing cfRRBS data to identify differentially methylated regions (DMRs) between cancer types.
